Shipping & Returns

All Items will be sent through standard courier or post within 2-3 business days (after payment is received). The schedule of delivery within Australia may range from 2 to 10 business days, while it may take up to 30 business days for international locations. The estimated delivery time should not be considered a guarantee since delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. So please bear in mind that Very Sensory is not responsible for any delays in shipping.

To provide our customers with the best experience possible and ensure a smooth delivery process, some of the items you ordered may be shipped directly from our supplier warehouse and the item packaging may display the supplier details. If you have any questions or issues regarding the product or delivery time, please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to assist.

We have fulfillment centers located in Australia and Asia which provide our customers with fast and reliable delivery. So depending on the availability of items, as well as customer location, we may choose to ship the items from one of these centers. In some cases, orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately but will still receive a tracking number for each shipment.

Unfortunately, due to our shipping carriers’ limited access, there are certain postcodes that we can’t deliver to. This applies to particular products and will be clearly specified on the product page before you place your order.  If you place an order for a product that cannot be delivered to your postcode, we will inform you immediately and provide you with a full refund. However, in some cases our system may accept the order even for exempted postcodes; if this happens, we will be in touch with you as soon as possible to sort out any issues.

Payment options for online purchases include a variety of methods, such as PayPal account, debit or credit card, bank transfer, and Afterpay. For those who choose to use PayPal, you can pay with your debit/credit card even if you don’t have a PayPal account. 

 

Note for NDIS Customers

Customers who choose to pay via NDIS (order now and pay later) may experience a slight delay in processing times – usually only a few days. However, due to the nature of this payment method, we cannot guarantee that items will be reserved even if payment is made. In some cases that the item is no longer available before payment has been received, we will notify you immediately and provide a full refund for any payments made. If you prefer, you can purchase an item using a credit card, debit card or PayPal, then claim the funds back from NDIS afterwards.
